01Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Densy Club, an AI-assisted scalp-health analysis service available at densy.club and operated by Densy (“Densy”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Densy Club.

03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Densy Club. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.
04Your account
Authentication is handled by our provider Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@densy.club if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep it up to date.
05The Densy Club service
Densy Club lets you submit weekly microscopic scalp photographs (up to five zones per scan). An AI vision model returns density scores, follicle-state breakdowns, and written observations. You can track hair-state migration across five stages and follow personalized daily protocols.
The service is provided for informational and self-tracking purposes. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
06Medical disclaimer
Densy Club is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The density scores, follicle-state breakdowns, observations, and protocols are informational only and are generated by automated AI analysis.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about any medical condition or before making decisions about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on Densy Club.
07Subscriptions, trials & billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
Trials — where a free or symbolic trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
Recurring charges — subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price, in your billing currency, until you cancel.
Cancel anytime — you can cancel from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See §8 for refunds.
“Lifetime” means access for as long as Densy operates the service, with no recurring charge after your one-time Pioneer payment.
We guarantee a minimum of three (3) years of access from your purchase date, regardless of any change to the offer, pricing, or the service. If the service is discontinued before that three-year minimum, [remedy — to confirm] applies.
We may change subscription prices; we will give you reasonable notice before a change applies to your renewals.
08Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable. Any statutory right of withdrawal you may have is unaffected by this section.
09Your content & licence
You retain ownership of the scan images, comments, and profile information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Densy a limited licence to host, process, and analyze Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you — including processing by the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that Your Content is your own and that you have the right to submit it.
10Acceptable use
When using Densy Club, you agree not to:
- Upload content that is not your own, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its AI models.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent another person.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs without our written consent.
11Intellectual property
Densy Club, including its software, the SENSYR analysis system, models, design, and all related trademarks and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Densy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — no other rights are granted.
12Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers — including Clerk (authentication), OpenAI (AI analysis), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), and SimpleLocalize (translations). Your use of the service may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
13Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Densy disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis.
To the extent permitted by law, Densy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14Termination
You may stop using Densy Club and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, the handling of your data follows our Privacy Policy.
15Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms as the service evolves; we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date, and significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
